Sorry for the delayed writing a few things to organise and some travelling takes priority.
Wednesday in Kuala Lumpur means Taman Connaught Night Market where we went. A bit of lough to get there particularly if you try like I'd to change from the light train to bus at the TBS station. Finally we arrived by taxi. The long road that is Taman Connaught Night Market (about 2 KMS) is lined with food stalls and the occasional phone accessory. All tastes are cared for. We were not planning to get Noodle dishes or laksa that would required sit down. Our first and best choice was a large beef kebab. Then potatoes balls.
The really nice pork dumplings. Then the let down of grilled squid which in Malaysia severely undercook... Kept walking and looking and time came for the sweet spot of a thin pancake with peanuts, butter and chocolate. Needed less peanuts more chocolate 😋. The final was a bit of char siu pork perfectly cooked, very soft with crispy skin. We did not eat it all...
Next morning we went to the Textile museum that was excellent. You could not escape it if you are with Ann but it was really good, informative and with great exhibits.
I the evening we made good of the food we bought from yesterday's market Great prawns, chicken with aubergine and cold beer.
We picked our liitle car a PERODUA ATIVA earlier on so we are ready for the morning.
